Redmond, U.S. - Microsoft did not want to prolong the debate about controversial remarks one senior official who responded to scorn gamers about internet connection 'always on' the newest gaming console. For that, an apology was posted.
"We apologize for the remark one of our team on his Twitter account yesterday. Staff is not an official spokesperson for Microsoft, and personal expressions do not describe our policies are always trying to present the best product that is able to accommodate the wishes of our loyal customers," said a statement Microsoft released.
Not long ago, Microsoft Studios Creative Director, Adam Orth, known to vent frustration through his Twitter account that does not respond to scorn gamers will agree when XBox 720 'Durango' required to connect to the internet to play it.
"Each device now has 'always on', and we live in a world like that," Orth wrote in a Twitter account.
But it seems, what has been written by Orth is not fully in line with Microsoft policy. Because not long ago, the company is known as a manufacturer of Microsoft Windows OS is an apology regarding remarks made by Orth.
"We apologize if our staff greeting has hurt our loyal customers. However we have not been officially announced regarding our products further," as quoted from Forbes, Sunday (07/04/2013).
Unfortunately, in an official statement delivered by Microsft does not necessarily respond to the phrase 'always on' is meant by Orth. With so until it was released later, is still a mystery whether the Xbox 720 'Durango' will really have to continue to connect to the internet or not.
